PERFORMANCES
Alusynt® CP 46 is characterised by excellent lubrication and antiwear
properties

high viscosity index, absence of carbon residue, low pour point
Its high thermal conductivity optimises the efficiency of the exchangers
while its great resistance to oxidation and its excellent demulsifying power
improvers the performance of the compressors
The condensate water is eliminated by evaporation when the oil reaches
the operational temperature
Because of all these outstanding features Alusynt® CP 46 can remain
operational for around 8.000 hours
APPLICATION

Alusynt® CP 46 is recommended for the lubrication of screw compressors
Ingersoll Rand SSR and is equivalent and therefore fully miscible with their
lubricant SSR Ultracoolant
INSTRUCTION

Because of its chemicals composition it is not compatible nor miscible with
other mineral or synthetic lubricants used in compressors
Consequently, in order to replace these products if previously used the
following operations have to be carried out
• Totally drain previous oil, if possible through hot drainage
• Put in Alusynt® CP 46 and operate for some 100/200 hours
• Drain again and replace with fresh Alusynt® CP 46
• Simultaneously replace and dirty filter elements
