PRODUCT Alusynt® CE 32, 46, 68 are fully synthetic compressor lubricants, based on advanced
technology for “extreme duty” service
They allow very long oil drain periods, high protection against fire and explosion and
very long machine components life, even in severe operating conditions
Alusynt® CE 32, 46, 68 are fully compatible and miscibile with mineral and synthetic
compressor oils, except those based on poly-alkylen-glycols (PAG)
PROPERTIES

Alusynt® CE 32, 46, 68 exhibit outstanding thermal and oxidative resistance
Compressors will run free of deposits, avoiding “hot spots” formation and the associated
fire and explosion risk. The very high Flash Point of the Alusynt® CE range is a further
barrier against fire risks
Oil coolers and radiators will remain clean and free from sludge, preserving their
thermal efficiency
The chemical nature of Alusynt® CE 32, 46, 68 confers to these fluids very high oil film
strength and lubricity, improving mechanical efficiency and energy saving properties (up
to 10%), along with exceptional mechanical components life and lower running
temperatures
The very low Volatility Alusynt® CE range minimises oil consumption and improves oil
separators life
The very low Pour Point prevents cold start problems
An excellent demulsibility, and an appropriate additive treatment, protect all parts from
corrosion
In comparison with mineral oils, oil drain period and separator life are at least four times
longer
With Alusynt® CE 32, 46, 68, running and maintenance costs are much lower than
those allowed by mineral oils
