DESCRIPTION
Highly refined mineral oils blended with anti-wear, EP and anti-oxidant additives for advanced chain and EP gear lubricants, high performance, long-life and heavy-duty service

PROPERTIES
Alustart RG-EP are specially formulated for
 Pronounced anti-seize up properties (EP) and anti-wear
 Good oxidation stability
 Anti-corrosion protection
 Good demulsivity: Alustart RG-EP, by separating quickly from the water are able to ensure a good lubrication also in case of contamination of water
 Ready air separation incorporated and anti-foaming capacity
 Chemical inertia vis-à-vis the elastomers and materials used for the construction of mechanical components
Alustart RG-EP are fully compatible with elastomers and sealing materials normally found in gearboxes. They are also fully compatible and miscible in all proportions with all sorts of mineral and synthetic gear lubricants, with the only exception of those based on polyalkylene glycols (PAG) and silicon fluids
APPLICATION
Alustart RG-EP are ideal in all kinds of gearboxes, straight teeth, helical, process, wheeled cylindrical or conical, worm and planetary groups as well as all types of plain, roller bearings and chains also in very demanding conditions of load and temperature
