Alugrease® AL
ANTI-SEIZING COMPOUND

PROPERTIES
Alugrease® AL is stable in all conditions, including wet environment, and offers an effective lubricating and separating capacity, thanks to the large amount of heat-resistant (>1.200°C) metallic pigments compounded with a high performance, no-drop, grease
Alugrease® AL prevents the seizure of mating surfaces after very long periods at high temperature and under severe load (up and above 460 MPa or 4700 kg/cm2)
Also suitable in sea-side atmosphere or aggressive environment
USE
Alugrease® AL can be easily applied by brush
Alugrease® AL is successfully employed in
Chemical industries, thanks to its resistance to aggressive environment
Wet or sea-side environment
Thermal Power plants, for turbine mounting and bolt tightening
Steel Plants, for gears and movements in furnaces, coke production etc
Gas valves and piping, pins, articulations at very high temperature
Injection mould assembling in the plastic industry
NLGI 0/1 consistency is suitable for automatic and centralised systems

رای کاربرد در دماهای فوق العاده بالا ( تا 1200 درجه سانتی گراد )
مشخصات کلی :
* پایداری در همه شرایط حتی در محیط های مرطوب ( سواحل دریا ) و محیط های خشن.
* روانکاری موثر بخاطرجداسازی سطوح تماسی در دماهای بالا به دلیل داشتن اجزاء فلزی که قابلیت عدم ریزش آنرا تثبیت میکند. ( Non-drop)
* تحمل فشار و ضد جوش خوردگی در فشارهای تا 4700 کیلوگرم بر سانتی متر مربع .
* قابلیت استفاده بوسیله سیستم های روانکاری مرکزی (درجه سفتی صفر و یک ) و یا درصورت نیاز استفاده از برس (درجه سفتی 2 )
