PRODUCT Grease with synthetic polar base formulated for long-term lubrication of
bearings, high kinematic loads and high temperatures.
CHARACTERISTICS The nature and properties of the base oil endow Alugrease® Super 2 HD with
strong resistance to aging, excellent anti-wear properties, optimal adhesion and
low dynamic coefficient of friction.
The high lubricant potential allows reduction of grease consumption in many
cases.
The wide operating temperature range allows its use in multiple applications in
the most diverse temperature conditions.
USES Indicated for long-term lubrication of:
• smooth and rolling bearings, heavily loaded at high temperatures,
• fan-heater bearings,
• hot ironing board rollers,
• oven timers,
• partialisation valve holders for steam turbines,
• inversion taps for gas cokery,
• general lubrication at high temperatures.
The product must be applied on thoroughly cleaned organs that are free of
residual previous lubricants or protective substances.
